Underside Total Surface body protection deep clean jet wash and chemical wash (degreaser) to entire chassis with a pressure washer lance, wire brush down to chassis and metal components that are pitted or have light surface corrosion, if you’d like your under tray covers removed and arch liners including spare wheel this is a little extra, we mainly do what you see, but we can remove all under trays for a even more in depth protection. chassis fully dried with air compressor to remove moisture from within the crevices and left to dry for at least 12 hours before any products applied, chassis itself then coated with a anti corrosion coating  AND LEFT TO DRY FOR 12 hours minimum. This package cost £200-£250 for small to medium cars, £250-£350 for medium to large vehicles. depending on the condition and size of the chassis and the work that is needed to be done, if the chassis is in very bad condition there will be more work needed so it can be a little extra in some cases. This comes with a 4 year guarantee if maintained on our maintenance program. Comes with the Lanoguard guarantee but will need a 12 month inspection annually going forward. 

If the chassis is in bad condition we can offer a rust killer barrier system Hydrate 80 which will convert the rust and stop it. This is an additional £40 per 500ml. Usually this would be used on the more exposed areas and unprotected metals before the anti corrosion coating being applied to convert the rust before. 

We also offer Dynax UB which is £20 for a 750ml aerosols alone which you’d need around 5 to do the underside of a car for example. 

Underside Exposed body protection.. this is designed for only exposed areas that would be seen during a mot test. A deep clean jet wash and chemical wash (degreaser) to entire chassis, wire brush down, chassis fully dried with air compressor and left to dry overnight,, exposed chassis and crevices protected with a durable wax oil coating, AND LEFT TO DRY FOR 12 hours minimum. This package cost £150 for all small cars, £200 medium to large vehicles. 

Going further with regards to maintenance it is essential to clean the chassis with a light COLD pressure washer annually to remove any dirt or build up of dirt in certain areas using no chemicals as this will remove the grease coating, And then to inspect and check areas where grease and coating was applied and if needed topped up. This service is £100

2. Rust Killer Barrier System

• Hydrate 80: For severely rusted areas, we offer the Hydrate 80 rust killer barrier system, which converts rust and prevents further corrosion. This is an additional £40 per 500ml and is typically used on exposed and unprotected metals before applying the anti-corrosion coating.

3. Dynax UB Protection

• Cost-Effective Protection: We offer Dynax UB at £20 for a 750ml aerosol, with approximately 5 cans needed for a full underside treatment.

4. Underside Exposed Body Protection

• Targeted Protection: Designed for areas exposed during an MOT test, this service includes a deep clean jet wash, chemical degreasing, and wire brushing. The chassis is dried with an air compressor and left overnight before applying a durable wax oil coating. This service costs £140 for small to medium cars and £200 for medium to large vehicles, with a 6-month guarantee.

Maintenance Program:

• Annual Maintenance: To ensure longevity, we recommend an annual light cold pressure wash to remove dirt buildup, avoiding chemicals that could strip the grease coating. We also provide inspection and reapplication services as needed to maintain the protective coating.
